I have a FLARE magazine subscription, but it wont load anything on this app. Pointless & disapointing!

I have a subscription to Flare, once I activate my subscription nothing happens....wheres the issue it said I had??

This app does NOT work for existing Flare magazine subscribers. I am so disappointed with it.

This doesnt work. I get nothing. So sad!

I am a Rogers customer and regularly receives a printed editon of Flare, after entering a subscription code nothing happens. No previous issues can be viewed as well, crappiest app ever

Thought I would give this a try after seeing the ad in the latest Flare magazine...how disappointing that it doesnt even work...

Doesnt load up...DONT PURCHASE IT UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS!

I bought the Feb issue and then tried to see it on my iPad and it is not working. Please advise on how to fix this or refund me the money. You should not have this as a subscription or a single one to purchase unless it works. Very disappointed

Was originally so excited to this app. Im a subscriber through Rogers. I put in my subscription info and it was accepted, but when I went to download my issues I was charged! ITunes refunded the money but it was a huge hassle. Not worth getting until this is fixed.

Same sentiments as the other comments ... Paid ... And now wont download and just freezes... Whats the deal .... Can I get a refund ...and dont promote something that doesnt work .... Very disappointed ...

I like the audio intro of the magazine editor. Nice to be able to hear the voice. Atm I only see 2 issues available

I have a yearly print subscription, but after giving my account info, I cannot download to my iPad without paying again!?!!? This is NOT what is advertised... Soooo useless!

I just entered my print subscription acct number but the iPad app doesnt work. What a disappointment!

My iTunes account had been debited for the third time and I still havent seen a single issue. I was finally able to download one magazine and thought I would go back to it after Ive retrieved the previous issues which I had already paid (while the app was still functioning) for but when I tried to download those past issues, it was asking me to pay more! I tried going back to the issue I had just downloaded and it too was just frozen. can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe from this and get my money back? This is ridiculous!!!

Bought Feb edition and still cannot open it ... Tried everything .. Waste of money!

After purchasing other mag subscriptions in news stand, this was very disappointing. Other mags are more interactive and have sound... Even though there are a few videos, it feels like all they did was scan a pdf of the mag, not take into concideration that you only look at one page at a time. I hope the digital version of this mag gets better.
