Should be easier...

Bought 1 year subscription . Was charged for it ....2 days later ; still can not Dowload it on my IPad.All other magazines I bought were much easier to access .I will cancel .

Wont download

If I could rate this app with a minus, I would. I have paid for a full year and it will not download. How can I get my money back? This is awful.

Disappointing

Very disappointed in this app. I have not been able to successfully download any of the editions. I have tried reinstalling, but now it will not even let me restore my previous purchases.

Dont subscribe

I subscribed to the monthly 1.99 subscription but there is no way on this app to cancel the automatic renewals. Basically I feel scammed.

Not working

Still unable to download any Rogers magazines. After the new update app just says loading. Left it spinning for 45 minutes to no avail.

Most Annoying App Ever!

Absolutely hate the animations as they are so annoying every time I flip the page! It also crashes when Im trying to download an over100mb issue. Geez!

Constant problems

New app version deletes all previously purchased issues and will not let you retrieve them, very disappointing because they are still billing my credit card, yet I have not received the new issue. Would not recommend.

App does not work; its buggy!

The new app does not work if you already have a print subscription to Flare magazine, the app constantly wants you to sign in. Their server does not respond when you create an email address to sign in to activate your print subscription.. Flare emailed the wrong subscription number as well. The app is buggy and needs fixing. Also the October 2013 print issue of Flare magazine was on the newsstands for more than a week before Flare put the ipad issue online. But whats the point if you cant download it? Its back to the drawing board for this app!

Unrecoverable Issues!

After updating my iPad, all my existing issues have been removed and now I cant even get the App to recognize my subscription. When trying to restore my issues, I get some random "sandbox" error. I am not a print subscriber so the Login option on the top left corner is pretty much useless to me. I subscribe to a fair number of magazines, Im sorry to say that Flare and another magazine by the same publisher utterly failed on the App/iOS7 update. The "auto renew option" of the yearly subscription might be turned OFF on all magazines from the publisher. I refuse to pay for any more digital issues that simply arent accessible!

Corrections Needed ASAP

This app doesnt work at all. Im having all the issues mentioned in the previous consumer comments below. Rogers needs to correct this app ASAP.

Latest update is frustrating

Im not liking the latest update. Stories are scrolled top to bottom and I continuously end up going back a page or forward a page when trying to scroll through the article. When there are little scroll boxes within the article its even worse. Very frustrating to read. I may have go back to paper issue. This problem also affects Chatelaine magazine which is also a Rogers publication. Rogers just had a major cell phone outage across Canada as well. Hmmm

App does t work

This app keeps crashing. Wont even let me put in my subscription number to get started. Not recommend it.
